Everyone has heard this signal – you get it when the number you are calling is out of service and or disconnected.i have heard there is a way to get this signal put on a GOOD line to “trick” the junk fax and auto dailers into not calling and leaving you alone as it is a “BAD” number-the tones are normally generated by the phone company,but there has to be a way to get them
